Enter your email address. Type your MEIDIDOC password. (If you tap the Eye Icon in the password field, you can see what you have typed.)
Tap on Sign Up at the bottom of the of the Login Screen.
Enter your email address in the first email field.
Type the password you want to use for your account. (If you tap the Eye Icon () you can see what you have typed in the password field.)
Type your password again to confirm.
Enter your personal information in the labeled fields above.
Tap the Save my details button.
Your homepage will be displayed.
You will also be sent an email to confirm your registration.
Please open your email and confirm your registration by tapping the registration link.
This will complete your registration.
From your home screen, tap the green pencil next to your name. This will open the Edit Profile screen.
Make changes to update your profile.
Tap the Save my details button.
From your home screen, tap the green pencil next to your name. This will open the Edit Profile screen.
Tap Edit photo
You can elect to Take a Photo or Choose from the photos on your device.
Once you select a photo, it will be added to the Edit Profile screen.
Tap Save my details to save this photo to your profile.
Customers have questions, you have answers. Display the most frequently asked questions, so everybody benefits.
Tap the Menu at the top left of your device.
Select Dependents from the menu.
If you have already added Dependents, they will be displayed.
To add a dependent, tap the Add Dependent button.
Enter the First Name, Last Name and Relation of your dependent and tap Save details.
Tap the Menu at the top left of your device.
Select My Providers from the menu.
Now select Connect
If you have existing Providers they will be listed.
Tap the Connect with a Provider Button.
Enter the Provider Code provided by your Healthcare Provider and tap the Search button.
Tap the Connect Button
You’ll get a message that your message to connect has been sent.
Once the provider confirms your connection, they will appear in your provider list.
Tap the Menu at the top left of your device.
Select My Providers from the menu.
Now select Connect.
If you have existing Providers they will be listed.
Tap the Provider you would like to engage with.
Select an option from the list provided. Your list may not contain all options due to provider preference
If you select Audio or Video, you will see the following screen which will send an audio call or video call to your provider. Select OK to allow the Meididoc application to access your Microphone.
If you select Message, you will see the following screen where you will message your provider.
FitBit must have Heart Rate, Steps and Sleep, setup Fitbit before connecting MEIDIDOC.
From your home screen, tap the green pencil next to your name. This will open the Edit Profile screen.
At the bottom of the screen, hit Connect.
Login to your Fitbit account, must have a valid Fitbit account.
Sync your data
Select "My Fitbit Data"
View your data by date
Select My Providers from the menu.
Now select Connect.
Select the share icon
Select Yes, I'm sure
Now your provider can review your activity and vitals data
Select "Profiles shared by me" from the menu
Patients can share their data multiple times, select the latest share
Select "Yes, I'm sure"
